This is a well planned community of low rise buildings with both ownership and rental units, which makes for a very eclectic mix of residents. My apartment is great - just the right size - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with lots of storage and every room is wired to meet your high tech needs. The development provides external security monitoring and the on-site staff are very friendly and responsive; any maintenance issues are usually fixed within 48 hours.

Because this is not a high rise, high density development, it is easy to get to know your neighbours. Also, several times a year, Hyde Park hosts social functions for both adults and kids to welcome new residents, which helps promote the feeling of being part of a community. Your pets will love living here!!

Hyde Park is in the heart of midtown Toronto with very easy access to the TTC, 401 and the Don Valley Parkway, so wherever you're going there are alternative transportation routes to your destination. In addition, shopping is just around the corner, which is very convenient. For recreation, if you love walking or riding your bike, the Wilket Creek Park system is only a few minutes away.

Best of all, even though I live in the city, I am surrounded by green space; I have the best of both worlds.
